The double room had a charming touch and a super comfortable bed, shared toilet though.

The building is lovely and the rooms are airy and large with balcony, wi-fi for work-related things and a shared bathroom. The breakfast is delicious with croissants and fresh coffee, as for instance, had everything you could imagine...

The best location, it is located on the main road of genova (shops, metro etc). Very friendly stuff! The room was very very clean!!! I am so satisfied with this hotel!

The gentlemen in charge was very friendly and helpful. Its centrally located and gives easy access to all parts of the city. The rooms are very comfortable and we even got breakfast complementary.

Whilst the location is central, it is a bit difficult to find if one's new to the city. Also, its difficult to find parking space at the time you need to check in for the first time. Afterwards, the hotel arranges parking for the stay.

The hotel is located in one of the main streets of Genoa, so you can go everywhere on foot. The port and the centre are very close. The staff of the hotel is extremely friendly, helpful and nice. The staff speaks english fluently.The room was very comfortable and clean. We were staying in the end of February and the room had working heating all the time.

What a wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The gentleman at the desk gave us a spacious room right off the front desk room number 2. It was more than what we expected. He answered all of our questions and spoke very good English. I "highly" recommend this hotel, wish we could have stayed a few days longer. The location is excellent to all the major attractions and Genoa is a beautiful city.

This is easily the best experience I've ever had in Italy - the owner is first rate and does all he can to ensure your stay is good, the hotel isn't obvious from outside, it's on level 3 of an apartment building and the sign is small on the wall. It's close to the old arch on Septembre xx. The rooms are very cosy with small shower and flat screen tv, the owner provides a small breakfast service and will also serve you tea/coffee using china cups and a big pot! Great price, perfect location right in town, and a gentleman owner. A must

The staff was great and made us feel at home and were always ready to offer assistance. A very nice deal for what you end up paying and you can't beat the location.

The room we were in had a portable AC with a vacuumed pipe that had to stick out of the window for the unit to work! :)!! It made things quite noisy for us. A simple solution would be to invest in a small split unit.
